Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

ZPL API provides immediate access to digital software services (API Keys). Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned," all sales are final and non-refundable once the API Key has been issued and sent to you via email.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Lemon Squeezy dashboard or by contacting support.
If you cancel, your API access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month. No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current billing cycle.

3. Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical error preventing the API from working as described, please contact support at alan.ferilli@netplus.ch. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Exceptions to the "No Refund" policy may be made at our sole discretion if the service is proven to be non-functional for an extended period.
